Terms of service

The service

one-api.ai provides an OpenAI-compatible endpoint for selected text models and four web lookups. The service is in early access: features, models and limits may change, and billing is not open yet. Model output is produced by third-party models and may be wrong; check it before relying on it.

Credits and prices

• Credits are priced in US dollars. One credit is $0.001. Per-model prices in USD are listed on the pricing page and on each model page.
• Credits are prepaid. Each call reserves credits before it runs and debits the measured usage afterwards at the posted rate, metered to a millionth of a credit.
• Credits are non-transferable. They belong to the account that bought them and cannot be moved to another account or person.
• Credits cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Unused credits can be refunded to the original payment method as described in the refund policy.
• We may change prices for future calls. A price change does not change the number of credits already in your balance.

Acceptable use

Do not use one-api.ai to break the law, to attack or overload other systems, to get around another site's access controls, or in ways the model providers' own usage policies forbid. Keep your API key secret; calls made with it are billed to your account. We may suspend a key that is used for abuse.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, model availability or that a lookup will reach a given site. If a model is withdrawn, unused credits stay usable on the other models and remain refundable under the refund policy.
