Browsing the site

The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or font scripts from third parties. Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.

Using the API

• API keys. We store a one-way digest of each key, not the key itself. A lost key cannot be recovered, only replaced.
• IP addresses. Used to apply rate limits on API paths. They are not used for advertising.
• Usage records. For each billed call we keep the account, the credits reserved and debited, the kind of call and the time, so balances and refunds can be checked. Prompts and completions are not stored by one-api.ai.
• Model requests. Prompts and completions are sent to the model provider to produce an answer: Cloudflare Workers AI for DeepSeek and GLM, and Anthropic or xAI through Cloudflare AI Gateway for Claude and Grok. Those providers handle the content under their own terms.
• Lookups. The URL, host or domain you send is fetched from the public web or from RDAP and Tranco to build the answer.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. Card and billing details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive the payment event, the account it is for and the credits bought, and keep them with the credit record.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors named above to run the service, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing feng@wakeupplus.io. Records needed to account for payments may have to be kept for as long as the law requires.
