What to write about
- Early access. Use the subject "one-api.ai access" and say which models or lookups you need. See how access works.
- Billing and refunds. Include the email address used at checkout and the approximate date of the purchase. The refund policy explains what can be refunded.
- Errors. Include the endpoint, the HTTP status, the time in UTC and the error code from the JSON body. Never send your API key; we do not need it to look into a call.
- Abuse or takedown. If a lookup reached your site in a way you object to, tell us the host and the time. The lookups honour robots.txt for page audits and send the user agent "one-api".
