How refunds work for prepaid one-api.ai credits. Last updated 2026-10-31.
Unused credits
Unused credits are refundable on request within a reasonable time after purchase. Email feng@wakeupplus.io from the address used at checkout, say how many credits you want refunded, and we will refund the unused part to the original payment method. One credit is $0.001, so the refund is the number of unused credits times that price.
Used credits
Credits already debited by API calls are not refundable. That includes calls that returned a model answer you did not like. A model call that the provider answers with an error status is not debited, and a lookup that fails with HTTP 400 or a 5xx error releases its reservation.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. We cannot send them to a different card, account or person, and credits cannot be withdrawn as cash. Your bank decides how long the refund takes to appear.
Billing errors
If you think a call was billed wrongly, email the endpoint, the time in UTC and the credits you expected. We check the usage record and correct the balance if we got it wrong.
